Everything happens in the Electra app. For a charging discount, enter the code at the payment step of your session, or save it to your wallet so it applies automatically. For Electra+, enter it during subscription.
Yes. Promo codes are applied through the Electra app. They do not apply when you charge with a third-party badge or app (roaming).
