Variable pricing applies in the busiest stations. It helps Electra keep the busiest plugs available, so customers spend less time waiting, and pay less when they charge off-peak.
In France, Belgium, and Spain, the price per kWh varies depending on the time of day and station usage (peak, standard, or off-peak hours). To know the custom time slots of a station, go to the app and check the prices on the station sheet. Each station will have its own schedule, but more than half of our stations keep a flat price all day, because they are less busy.
The exact rate is always displayed in the app before the charging session, and locked in for the duration of the charging session.
In Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, there is no variable pricing. A flat rate applies and the discount works the same way.

With the Smart subscription, you can also charge on ChargeLeague partner networks, meaning Atlante, Fastned and IONITY with a fixed preferential rate.
The Smart plan is usually worthwhile from the very first charge. It also gives preferred rates with ChargeLeague. It is a great deal!
In addition, the savings calculators shown in the account will tell which plan is most relevant depending on the usage. They are based on the charging sessions from the last 30 days to suggest which subscription would have saved the most money. These calculators can be found on the Invoices and Electra+ pages.
Confirmation emails are only sent to validated addresses.

Click on Modify my plan then discover the offer.
Choose between monthly or annual payment
💡 When switching from the Essential plan to the Smart plan, it is possible to choose whether the new plan starts immediately or at the end of the current plan.
Please note that if the Smart plan is activated immediately, the remaining period of the Essential plan will not be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
If you have multiple accounts linked to the same phone number, your subscription applies to all accounts where you pay per charge, whether personal or professional.
Go to your subscription page from the "ELECTRA+" tab in the app menu.
Tap "Cancel my plan"
Your subscription and benefits will remain active until the end of the billing period.
