Article 1 - Organisation of the Promotional Offer
Electra SAS, whose registered office is at 104 rue de Richelieu, 75002 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 891 624 884 (hereinafter "the Company"), is running an offer entitled "Free Card Offer 2026" (hereinafter the "Promotional Offer").
Article 2 - Purpose of the Promotional Offer
The Promotional Offer aims to provide the participant with the Electra charging card free of charge, instead of its usual price of €4.99 incl. VAT charged to participants who do not have an Electra+ subscription.
Article 3 - Conditions
Participation is open to any adult individual who is registered and holds an active account on the Electra mobile app, as well as to self-employed professionals acting for their own needs.
The benefit is reserved for participants who do not have a current Electra+ subscription, this condition being assessed on the date the card is ordered. It is granted only once per user account for the entire duration of the Promotional Offer, extension included. Participants who have already benefited from the Promotional Offer before its extension therefore cannot benefit from it again. The Promotional Offer is reserved for the participant's personal use or, for professional participants, their own business needs. Any resale or commercial redistribution of the card excludes the benefit.
Article 4 - Terms of application
To benefit from the Promotional Offer, participants must, during the validity period:
Download and install the Electra mobile app, available on the App Store and Google Play, in version 7.4 or higher, or go to go-electra.com/en/electra-charging-card
Create a user account or log in to an existing account.
Order a charging card, then activate it from the app on their own account.
The price of the card is then displayed as €0 when ordering.
Cards handed out directly by a partner of the Company (car manufacturer, dealer, event) must also be activated from the app, on the participant's account. A card that has not been activated cannot be used to charge.
Cards ordered online are shipped to the address provided by the participant within an indicative timeframe of 14 working days. Delivery costs: free.
Article 5 - Validity Period
The Promotional Offer is valid from 14 September 2026 at 00:01 to 16 October 2026 at 23:59 and, following its extension, from 19 October 2026 at 00:01 to 31 December 2026 at 23:59, Paris time, in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Switzerland. Only requests recorded by the Company's systems during these periods qualify for the Promotional Offer. Requests recorded on 17 and 18 October 2026 do not qualify.
The Promotional Offer is not retroactive: cards purchased before 14 September 2026 do not give right to any refund or compensatory benefit.
Article 6 - Limits of the Promotional Offer
a. The charging card is limited to two (2) cards per user account, all orders and all channels combined. The free charging card is valid only for the 1st card ordered. Any additional card, as well as any replacement in case of loss or theft, remains charged at the price of €4.99 incl. VAT.
b. The Promotional Offer is valid while stocks of cards last.
c. The Promotional Offer applies exclusively to the charging card. Charging sessions remain billed to the participant at the applicable rate, on the Electra network as well as on third-party charging networks. The benefit cannot be converted into cash, exchanged, transferred or refunded.
d. The Promotional Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer relating to the same subject.
e. Any fraud or attempted fraud, in particular the creation of multiple accounts in order to benefit from the Promotional Offer several times, results in the participant's exclusion from the Promotional Offer and, where applicable, the deactivation of the card concerned. The participant is informed by email. These measures are proportionate to the facts established.
