Frequently asked questions
Yes, this offer is exclusively reserved for GreenGot customers. You will need your GreenGot ID to activate it. If an ineligible account is used, the Electra+ subscription will be suspended.
After the 12 months, your Electra+ Smart subscription continues at the standard rate of 4.99 €/month. Cancel anytime from the app.
On the Electra network, rates are dynamic thanks to the subscription: they start from 0.19 €/kWh (off-peak) up to 0.41 €/kWh (peak hours).
On partner networks (Atlante, Fastned, Ionity), your charge will cost 0.49 €/kWh (fixed rate).
