Article 1 - Organization of the Promotional Offer
The company Electra SAS, whose head office is located at 1 Cour du Havre, 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 891 624 884 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), is organizing an offer entitled "GOFRANCE" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotional Offer") on the occasion of international sporting events taking place this summer in Paris.


Article 2 - Purpose of the Promotional Offer
The Promotional Offer aims to provide a discount of 1 euro cent (€0.01) per kilowatt-hour (kWh) for each recharge made via the Electra mobile application, each time France wins a gold medal at the international sporting event and the international sporting event for athletes with disabilities taking place this summer in Paris.


Article 3 - Conditions
Participation is open to any individual residing in France who is registered and has an active account on the Electra mobile application.


Article 4 - Terms of Application
To benefit from the discount, participants must, during the validity periods of the Promotional Offer:

  1. Download and install the Electra mobile application, available on the App Store and Google Play.

  2. Create a user account or log into an existing account.

  3. Recharge at an Electra charging station and enter the promotional code GOFRANCE on the Electra application at the time of booking or starting the recharge.

Article 5 - Validity Periods
a. First validity period: The discount of 1 euro cent (€0.01) per kWh will be applied for each gold medal won by France throughout the duration of the international sporting event taking place from July 26, 2024, to August 11, 2024.

b. Second validity period: A new discount of 1 euro cent (€0.01) per kWh will be implemented for each gold medal won by France throughout the duration of the international sporting event for athletes with disabilities taking place from August 28 to September 8, 2024. Between the two validity periods, the discount will be reset to zero.


Article 6 - Calculation of the Discount
The discount will be cumulative according to the number of gold medals won by France during each validity period, and the price will be updated every morning at 9 a.m. For example, if France wins two gold medals during the international sporting event, the discount will be 0.02 euro cents per kWh. Upon winning a third gold medal, the discount will be 0.03 euro cents per kWh. At the end of the international sporting event, the discount will be reset to zero. The applicable discounts during the two validity periods are distinct and do not accumulate with each other.


Article 7 - Liability
Electra cannot be held responsible in case of:

  1. Connection problems, data loss, computer viruses, or other technical issues affecting the application of discounts.

  2. Any fraud or attempted fraud by a participant, resulting in exclusion from the Electra application.

  3. Force majeure events leading to the modification or cancellation of discounts.

Article 8 - Personal Data
Personal data collected as part of the Promotional Offer is processed in accordance with current regulations. Participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to 104 rue de Richelieu 75002 Paris or contacting help@go-electra.com.


Article 9 - Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in this Promotional Offer implies full and complete acceptance of these general conditions.


Article 10 - Modification of the Rules
Electra reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, or cancel the Promotional Offer in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances. Participants will be informed by any appropriate means.


Article 11 - Disputes
Any dispute related to the Promotional Offer must be submitted in writing and addressed to 104 rue de Richelieu 75002 Paris. These rules are subject to French law, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
