Whistleblowing and grievance

At Electra, we take our partnerships, collaborations and business impact seriously. We’re committed to maintaining transparent, respectful, and trustworthy relationships with our employees, partners, suppliers, shareholders and stakeholders.

Purpose:

As part of our risk prevention and responsibility policy, we have set up a system for the collection and processing of ethical complaints received from stakeholders and submitted in good faith.

The purpose of this system is to encourage everyone to report situations and behaviours that are contrary to Electra’s Code of Conduct, in line with the Whistleblowing Policy.

If you have a concern, complaint, or issue that you’d like to bring to our attention, we encourage you to use the process below. Your input is invaluable in helping us continually improve our operations and uphold our shared values.

Confidentiality:

You can submit your complaint anonymously, and no identifying information will be collected unless you choose to share it for follow-up, provided this doesn’t prevent the processing of the complaint.

Every submission is taken seriously and will be reviewed promptly and impartially by our VP Legal, responsible for oversight of business ethics and corruption issues.

Thank you for helping us ensure the integrity and fairness of our activities.
