Very simple! Open the Electra app, then
In the menu, select "Vehicles"
Select your car
Turn on Autocharge
And voilà!
Yes! The feature is available for free for everyone.
For Autocharge to work, your vehicle must have a fixed and unique identifier (VID). Some manufacturers assign random VIDs, making those vehicles incompatible; this is beyond Electra's control. When adding a vehicle in the app, you'll automatically see whether it's eligible for Autocharge.
Charging starts automatically when you plug in and stops when you return the connector to the station. Payment is processed also automatically using your saved payment method in the app, at the applicable rates.
